3rd Annual Bras for a Cause

Lost Trails ATV Adventure Park – Dunmore, PA

SAM_4778 The third annual Bras for a Cause supporting the PA Breast Cancer Coalition (PABCC) took place at the Lost Trails ATV Adventure Park in Dunmore, PA., on Sept. 15. Devoted exclusively to breast cancer awareness and education, the PABCC represents, supports, and serves breast cancer survivors and their families in Pennsylvania through educational programming, legislative advocacy, and unique outreach initiatives. The event kicked off on Sept. 14 with a bang with the Lost Trails first ever night ride. The night ride attracted around 100 riders filled with excitement for a three-hour adventure. The night ride consisted of varied terrain such as rock crawls, railroad beds, winding trails, hills, and mud, and the best part of all was when we got to ride through the historic 800-foot tunnel.

Sept. 15 started off with the sun shining brightly and over 215 riders geared up and ready to go! The main attraction for the day was a set around finding four bright-pink bras hidden throughout the trails. If you were lucky enough to find a hidden bra, you could have won a helmet camera, a big-screen television, riding gear, or a membership to the Lost Trails Park. When they were not riding, participants were able to participate in a tug-of-war competition, or visit the bike wash from Heather and Marissa. We also had tables set up from some of our sponsors. Best of all, the entire event raised over $3,300 for PABCC!
